Valve tester working principle:

Valve tester operation and use:
First, the test valve clamping:
According to the size of the valve diameter of the tested valve, firstly adjust the positioning frame of the tested valve and press the pressing button, move the moving baffle to the side of the corresponding position of the test pressure test of the tested valve, and then rotate the tested valve on the positioning frame. Second, pressure booster:
According to the nominal diameter and nominal pressure of the tested valve, the pressure of the adjusted electrical contact gauge and the pressure of the tested valve are the same. According to the pressure test requirements of the tested valve, adjust the pressure reducing valve to the required working pressure. Open the inlet valve switch. Fourth, after the completion of the pressure relief test:
When the valve test is completed, close the water inlet valve switch, open the pressure relief valve switch, and after the pressure of the pressure medium is discharged, click the release button to remove the tested valve. Follow the above procedure to test another valve.
First, gas medium test:
Connect the air source to the air inlet, close the valve switch on the water line, open the inlet valve switch, and prepare the operation requirements, then perform the gas medium performance test.
Valve test bench usage notes:
First, the valve test bench installation: correct equipment placement level or with concrete fixed foot screws.
Second, choose 30-40 # hydraulic oil or 20 # mechanical oil into the tank, the measurement can not be lower than the lower limit of the oil level meter.
Third, to ensure that the test valve will not corrode and the requirements of the machine supply media requirements. The liquid medium of the water storage tank of this machine is anti-rust water or oil, and it is put into the storage tank according to the usage.
Fourth, turn on the power, press the oil pump to start, check the motor rotation direction is correct (clockwise direction), adjust the pump pressure in the 5.0Mpa test machine, check the pipeline for any leakage, found that the phenomenon should be promptly repaired.
Fifth, when testing the valve, first according to the test requirements of the tested valve, refer to “Comparison Table of Pressure Required for Clamping Cylinder” to carry out test pressure boost regulation. 6. Before the hydraulic pressure-supplying pump works, adjust the pressure reducing valve at the corresponding pressure position and then perform the medium pressure work.
7. The liquid test medium for water storage tanks should be periodically replaced. The newly activated anti-rust water or oil should be used for about 1 month to clean the water storage tank and replace the anti-rust water at the same time. Replace it in the next three or six months.
8. The fuel tank and the oil filter must be regularly cleaned. The oil in the tank must be replaced regularly. The temperature of the oil cannot exceed 55°C.
