Operating principle of YX741 Pilot operated water pressure reducing valve
Hydraulic control valve structure from the diaphragm type and piston type two kinds, the working principle of the same, use of upstream and downstream pressure as the power. It is controlled by a pilot valve, using the difference hydraulic of the diaphragm (piston) to operation, entirely by hydraulic automatic adjustment the main valve disc fully open or fully closed or in a state of adjustment. When entering the diaphragm (piston) pressure of control room above the downstream of the water is discharged into atmosphere, or low pressure area, effect in the bottom of the valve plate above and below the diaphragm of the pressure value is greater than the pressure value, pressure will be pushed to the fully open position of the main valve disc. Entering the diaphragm (piston) pressure of control room above the water cannot be discharged into atmosphere, or low pressure area, the downstream effect of the pressure on the top of the diaphragm (piston) value is greater than at the bottom of the pressure value, so it will be the main valve disc outweighed fully closed position. When the diaphragm (piston) pressure of control room above the value in the inlet pressure and outlet pressure, the main valve disc is in a state of adjustment, adjust the position depends on the catheter needle valve in the system and its adjustable pilot valve joint control function. Adjustable pilot valve can through the downstream outlet pressure and along with the change of it up or down its own small valve port, thus changing the diaphragm (piston) pressure value above the control room, control the regulation of the main valve disc position.
